Kent Robertshaw, M.D.		Kent is Board certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. He served for five years as Director of Psychiatric Services at Smithers Alcohol Treatment Center in NY. He is experienced with children, adolescent and adult psychiatry. A graduate of Cornell Medical School, he currently teaches at Columbia Medical School. Kent has recently joined the DiMele Center and has been a featured guest on The Positive Mind many times. He has also appeared on Oprah Winfrey's show and many other media outlets. Kent is a strong believer that medication should be perscribed as an adjunct to psychotherapy. His recent WBAI special "Psychiatric Medications" is available through the website and at The DiMele Center. He is a judicious, trustworthy and dedicated guy.
