Judy Silberstein has been a licensed psychotherapist at the DiMele Center for over five years. She trained at the Sociometric Institute for over ten years in psychodrama, gestalt dialogs and primal.
She is currently completing her certification in bioenergetics and uses core breath work, visualization and other body/mind techniques tailored to the needs of her individual clients. Her specialties include working with trauma and loss, emotional and substance addictions and male/female intimacy and communication issues. She was the director of theHER Study a national research project for women with HIV, for over a decade. Judy integrates her extensive background in film and the creative arts in her practice as well.
